Employee in operative sales division (management of orders and manufacture) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Accepting and checking orders
• Entering and processing orders in the PPS system
• Order-related customer support by telephone and email (e.g. changes to and postponement of dates, changes in volumes, cancellations, etc.)
• Production planning and management in the PPS system (e.g. scheduling and releasing orders, management of start dates)
• Supervision of order status (e.g. monitoring orders, changes and adjustments)
• Coordination across departments
 

Requirements

• Qualification in a commercial or technical field
• Familiar with MS Office (and a PPS system)
• Proficient knowledge of spoken and written German
• Able to work conscientiously and independently; well organised
• Motivated and able to work as part of a team
• Likeable, confident presence
