Our range of machinery includes various different press brake machines, which allow us to work at full capacity whilst catering for and offering a large range of parts. Acquiring our automated press brake machine has also enabled us to produce small series components in a highly efficient way. The plates are removed from the system pallet by a gripper and then measured and scanned. They are only bent once these processes have been completed. Once bent, the finished components can either be deposited on a conveyor or empty pallet. Tool change processes are also fully automatic, which makes it possible to process several orders in succession without any need for intervention by a technician.
