CNC punching & nibbling
Our punching-nibbling machine allows us to perform various processing steps on a single machine without having to move the component to another work area. The automatic tool change system means that we can punch, nibble and form plates or even create threads on a single machine.Notably, the machine uses a single active die meaning our punching and forming tasks are completely scratch-free.
The machine is connected to the fully automated sheet metal storage system, which takes care of loading and unloading the machine. We have also added a SheetMaster to the basic machine, a Trumpf TruPunch 5000, which takes our productivity and standard of automation to another level. Our programmable suction grippers not only load the machine with sheet metal plates, they can also safely remove delicate or large finished parts.
To summarise, our CNC-supported punching-nibbling machine is an efficient sheet metal processing centre for:
